This is a very light and delightful dish. Steamed cabbage with onions and tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper. The butternut squash brings the sweet flavor to compliment the salmon that was seasoned with salt, pepper with a zest of lemon.
This so far is my favorite dish!! I assumed the salmon would lose flavor since it’s obviously not straight off my grill, and BOYY was I wrong! Definitely recommend!
I can't decide whether I like the Happening Salmon or the Jerk Salmon better so I will be ordering both again !!! While the jerk salmon has that strong flavor that I love, this salmon dish is very delicious in its own right because of the sweetness. The butternut squash comes through but not in a bold way, just subtle but very fresca!!! Simply delcious, EZVibe has a returning customer.
