A well balanced of flavors and texture that makes this dish very delightful. The cauliflower rice sauteed with garlic mixed with salt and pepper is being complimented with the lentils that was sauteed in garlic. The sweet flavor of the butternut squash goes perfect with the buttery-nut after taste of the Jamaican Callaloo.
I decided to order this vegetarian dish along with the other vegetarian dish and I am glad I did. While it is a vegetarian dish, the proteins from the lentils actually filling. Again, like EZVibe's other dishes that contain butternut squash; the nutty sweetness flavor shines through subtly. Will order again !!!
